Our processing times are 3-5 business days for all statewide and international orders. All orders that are placed after 12pm noon on Friday's will not be processed until the upcoming business day or following Monday. Our estimated shipping times range from Three to Seven days 3-7, any unforeseen shipping delays or events are unfortunately not on us and Out Of Our Control!​

We now offer TWO DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING for all hair listed on our site. The hair will take one business day to process, then ships out immediately the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm on weekdays and anytime during the weekend will be processed the next day. Don’t worry, they’ll still ship out fast — just the next day!

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
All sales are Final! We have a strictly no refunds policy although if customers product from HairLae, was not delivered in upmost quality then contact us to schedule a return and an exchange. Please be aware that shipping fees may be applied for all exchanges. We love our LaeBae's and always believe in making sure you have an amazing experience. Pictures and additional information will be required for all exchanges.

Chargebacks made without any additional information about the specific chargeback not emailed or sent to us will result in it not being valid.
