PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

All statewide and international orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Please note that unforeseen carrier delays are beyond our control.

 

We also offer 2–4 Day Express Shipping on all hair available on our site. Express orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship immediately thereafter. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day rest assured, they’ll still ship promptly. ​

Sales, Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, if a product received from HairLae does not meet our quality standards, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. For all exchanges, photos and additional details are required for review. Please note that shipping fees may apply to approved exchanges. 

 

While we make every effort to process and ship Express Shipping orders within the stated timeframe, if an express order does not ship on time, the express shipping fee will be refunded. Please note that this applies to the shipping cost only and does not include the cost of the product.

Chargebacks submitted without providing supporting information will be considered invalid. We strongly encourage all customers to review our policies carefully before making a purchase. Once a product has been opened, removed from its original shipping packaging, or installed, HairLae is not responsible for any issues or mishaps.
